I graduated as B.S Food Engineering from Ege University, Engineering Faculty in 1993
I still own NDE Progress Consultancy Company, which provides consultancy on the production and investments of breakfast cereals, extruded products, grain pastes, grain flours, corn and rice cake, biscuits, wafers, and basic and enrobed cake products.
I worked as Breakfast Cereals Production Process Administrator at the Grain Processing Plant of Eti Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş
I worked as Production Chief at the Biscuit Factory of Eti Gıda San. Tic. A.Ş especially at the start-up of the new production line and new products,
As a Quality Assurance Chief at the Bozüyük Cake and Bread Factory of Eti Gıda San. Tic. A.Åž on certification of quality management systems (ISO 9000-2000 and HACCP)
As a cake production Process Administrator at the New Cake Plant of Eti Gıda San.Tic. A.Åž on assembling the machines, training staff, and starting –up production lines and new products.
As a Project Administrator in charge of the Grain (Oat Flake, Whole-wheat flour, stabilized cereal products, Corn and Rice Cake) Processing Plant Project.
